B-BRE has a special focus on commercial real estate. Our indices are designed to be the underlying for index funds or ETFs. The trading strategies are designed as tools for investment managers (such as hedge funds, institutional investors, etc.). Our tradable indices are co-branded with Solactive AG.

Nirit serves as head of IR at REIT 1. A financial analyst by training, Nirit served as a senior analyst at S&P-Maalot, as head of research at Discount Capital Markets of Israel Discount Bank, and as CEO of National Consultants, an affiliate of Leumi Bank. Nirit was a lecturer at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya between 2011-2020. Nirit has a B.A. degree in economics and accounting, and M.A. degrees in law and sociology.

Daniel received his M.B.A. from the Hebrew University, and subsequently served as the founding Executive Director of the Real Estate Center at the University's School of Business. Between 2007-2020 he has been teaching at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, on real estate investment. As a private consultant Daniel counted among his clients some of the leading financial institutions in Israel, including IBI investment house and Promifex. Between 1993-2008 he served as quant research consultant for a technology unit of the IDF. Daniel also holds a Ph.D. in medieval history, and spent the 2000-2001 academic year as a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.
